What inspired it: MURMUR Fall-Winter 2019
Before we finally reveal the latest MURMUR collection, a few words and triggers from creative director Andreea Badala:
Rococo Dress Shirts
The fluid shirts that were part of the male attire during the Late Baroque period were the starting point for the Volatile series. These are light, dynamic pieces, that can be worn as outer layers, over a bodysuit or over a simple, tight dress. Private Blouse, which has a similar vibe and fastening system at the wrists, is a sheer piece that is meant to underline the bodysuit underneath.
